1. .025 Inches: This is the thinnest aluminum thickness used in seamless gutters. While it is the most affordable option, it is also the least durable. It is best suited for use in areas with low rainfall and mild weather conditions. At Martin’s we do not use this thickness due  to heavy rainfall in our climate along the Gulf Coast.
  2. .027 Inches: This is a mid-range aluminum thickness that is suitable for most residential applications. It is more durable than .025 inches, making it a better option for areas with moderate rainfall and harsher weather conditions. This is the standard thickness for gutters installed in the southern US.
  3. .032 Inches: This is the thickest aluminum thickness used in seamless gutters. It is the most durable option and is best suited for areas with heavy snowfall and harsh weather conditions. While it is more expensive than thinner options, it provides the best protection against water damage and can last for decades with proper maintenance.
